My name is Nate McLaughlin and I’m from Dilworth, MN. Growing up I was always into sports, especially football and track. Since I was always so involved with sports, along with that came a love for lifting weights. After school ended, I didn’t do much with training or competing, until I found powerlifting in 2014 and the fire was lit again!!
My best competition lifts are; 810lb raw squat
468lb bench press
661lb deadlift
