Meet Triston Fitch, a 19-year-old powerlifter with roots in Kentucky, now living in North Dakota. Originally moving for a career in welding, Triston discovered a passion for lifting and is now on a journey to become the best version of himself, both in and out of the gym. Growing up in northern Minnesota, I’ve always been a fan of Strongman since childhood. Recently, I made the move to Fargo to pursue my passion and take my athletic journey to the next level. This year marks the beginning of my competitive Strongman career, and relocating to Fargo has allowed me to train at a Strongman equipped gym, where I’m committed to pushing my limits and growing as an athlete.

Karissa Sanchez
Karissa Sanchez's journey into the world of fitness began in 2022, igniting a deep passion for lifting that would soon transform her life. It was at ILL-EGO HQ Gym, that she found her true calling, drawn in by the gym's vibrant atmosphere, unwavering support, and the camaraderie of a welcoming community. In March 2024, Karissa proudly stepped onto the stage to compete in her first bodybuilding show.
Representing a brand that prioritizes health and wellness is a role Karissa embraces with pride.
Hunter Roseborough
Hunter Roseborough, a 25-year-old from Roseau, Minnesota, has always been driven by a passion for strength and competition. With a background in shot put, he honed his skills at the Division 1 level while competing for Southern Illinois University. Now, Hunter has shifted his focus to the sport of strongman, a lifelong passion that perfectly fuels his competitive spirit. Combining his athletic experience with an unwavering determination, Hunter is forging a path in strongman, embracing the challenges and excitement of this demanding sport.
Hannah Horvath
Currently pursuing her undergraduate degree at NDSU with plans to attend graduate school for behavior analysis, Hannah has embraced fitness as an essential part of her life. A former gymnast of 13 years, she rediscovered the sense of purpose and joy she once found in gymnastics through the gym. For her, fitness is more than just lifting heavy weights or achieving aesthetic goals—it's about longevity, health, and overall well-being.Â

She is passionate about prioritizing both mental and physical health daily, constantly challenging herself with varied workouts to stay engaged and motivated. Learning to listen to her body and fuel it with real, nourishing food has been transformative in her journey. With a love for helping others achieve their fitness goals, she is as dedicated to supporting others as she is to continually growing in her own fitness and wellness path.
Lexy Santiago
Hi everyone! My name is Lexy, and I’ve been proud to call HQ (formerly Metroflex) my home gym for the past 9 years! Originally from Philadelphia, PA (GO BIRDS 🦅), I made the big move to Fargo, ND, at 17, right after high school.
Here in Fargo, I’ve been blessed with two amazing children, Carson and Kennedy, who are my pride and joy. They’re my biggest motivation to stay healthy and live a balanced lifestyle.
By day, I’m a full-time teacher, and by night, I work part-time as a bartender and server. I’m passionate about embracing a lifestyle that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. Through my journey at HQ Gym, I hope to inspire others to find their strength, balance, and purpose too!
Greg Moore
Greg Moore’s racing journey began at just 4 years old on a track near Sacramento, CA. After moving with his family to Jamestown, ND, at the age of 5, Greg reignited his passion for racing at 7 years old.
In 2021, Greg took his career to the next level by competing in the WISSOTA Late Models, the premier racing division in the region.
Greg’s path hasn’t been without its challenges. Struggling with being overweight for much of his childhood, he reached a peak weight of 310 lbs. In May of 2022, he made the life-changing decision to focus on his health—not just to improve his personal well-being but also to elevate his performance on the track.
Since then, Greg has achieved an incredible 110 lb weight loss, transforming his life and career. He’s passionate about inspiring others by sharing his story and offering encouragement to anyone facing similar struggles, all while embracing the excitement and joy of the journey.
